Grand Riviera Princess Hotel Playa del Carmen

Had great 3 days here thanks to its perfect food and drinks.

We loved the hotel, its food and drinks.

I loved every detail about my great 10 nights stay here. The staff was polite and welcoming, the breakfast offered was amazing with lots of food.

Well, the area was really loud overall.

There were wonderful staff and food for a good stay on vacation. The restaurant was terrific on top of buffet here, I had light dishes.

Plenty of food for breakfast, the food was brilliant.

I loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with family atmosphere, just what we needed. All of the staff was attentive and helpful. I was there for 4 nights and ate at specialty restaurant for dinner. Included a safe, TV set and a mini-fridge-bar, and the bed was comfortable.

The venue is big size and clean with a great value and welcoming staff.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities where modern, stunning location just off Cancun, riviera maya and the center.

The hotel is truly exceptional, it has courteous staff and an sports bar.

good value in a magical hotel. the staff were extremly helpful and the delicious breakfast was provided. room was decent and carpeted with a luxury bathroom. the facilities were exceptional and easy to use.

Stayed for 5 nights and was impressed by this platinum hotel. I appreciated the room, the bed was extremely comfy.

I loved the hotel overall. By and large, it was perfect place for sightseeing in Playa del Carmen, had much fun and met pretty friendly staff at check-out.

Fabulous hotel with well-kept rooms and an open bathroom. The staff was fairly friendly and the pool area was nice. The property itself was in an pretty comfortable area.

Bed was very big, room was air-conditioned and had an unbelievable view. Hotel's location was impressive for my needs. Having different non-alcoholic drinks in the sky bar was a very nice touch. The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish, would recommend.

It was a such wonderful stay, stunningly beautiful place. Good value hotel, clean, with unbeatable location so close to Tulum, the beach. Welcoming room, luxurious. I loved that the food for breakfast was outstanding.

Lovely location with fabulous views, delightful staff. Really excellent building, neat and great bedroom. The lobby restaurant and excellent bar, we liked them. Fantastic service and a brilliant pool onsite😀👌

My favorite hotel in Playa del Carmen, the stuff was reasonably good. I loved staying here, the location was picturesque. Food was yummy and yummy.

Good value for Playa del Carmen. Modern place, lovely beds, honest staff. Airy rooms with a lovely view. It has lots of meals to offer, all in all the food is decent...

Location was very suitable, rooms were surprisingly large and I loved brilliantly helpful staff. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like La Marea that is only 25 minutes' walk away. Snacks in the lobby, convenient. Signature tea, coffee and cocktails in the lobby bar, convenient parking place. Good value, you're getting flawless service.

There were poor beds.

I have had a really really nice experience, this simply stunning, spotless hotel deserves more than 5 stars. Loved complimentary Wi-Fi, satellite television and air conditioning in the room. Actually everything was incredible, my next choice again in Playa del Carmen.

Extra attentive staff, marble-lined bathroom & comfy beds - all for a perfectly pleasant stay.

recommend and would stay here again, it was an awesome stay. all in all it's very clean place, they have soft beds. room service simply can't be beat too.

Fairly clean and suitable hotel, extremely helpful staff and great sized rooms. Gorgeous view, a large balcony, perfectly comfortable bed, too. They made a simply delicious breakfast. Welcoming reception. The location was fab near the main pool😃

Perfect location, relaxing room, as well as very helpful staff. Rich breakfast, lots of food and beverages. Restaurant in hotel was average and the pool area was heated. We had an excellent experience here.

Very good staff and rooms to say the least. The place is 4 miles away from Playa del Carmen downtown. Hotel offers shuttle too. We go there often, and recommend it to all.

We recommend it to family as staying here was nice. We went to see Playa Xcalacoco and Playa nearby...
